I am all about Real Estate.  My success in real estate is attributed to experience, professionalism, and commitment to service in an area in which I enjoy living. Helping individuals find the right property is one of my strongest values.

I arrived in New Bern in 1997 after an 18 year career in banking which included Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh and Chase Manhattan Bank and Banque Paribas in New York City.  Along the way I was an assistant manager in a bank branch handling mortgage loans to lending large dollars to mid size to multinational companies.  Within commercial lending I specialized in leveraged lending, often involved in company buyouts.

Once in New Bern I was the CFO for Coastalnet and at the same time I became involved in personal real estate investing both here in New Bern and outside North Carolina.  After getting licensed in North Carolina, I settled in with Century 21 Action Associates.  We have now combined forces with Century 2 Zaytoun-Raines and our firm is one of the oldest and most respected Real Estate firm in New Bern.  I have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local marketplace. I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding your needs. I constantly educate myself on the latest trends in the marketplace as it is my goal to be able to provide you with top notch service, all the time.
